Because handing someone your entire pile of laundry can bring up a few questions. We get it.

Here are the things we're asked most often. And if we've missed yours, just ask.

  • We provide laundry pickup and delivery in Fayetteville, Arkansas. We pick up your laundry, wash it, dry it, fold it, and return it to you fresh and ready to put away.

  • Schedule your pickup, have your laundry ready to go, and we'll take it from there. Once your order is finished, we'll bring your clean, folded laundry right back to you.

  • Nope. Never. Each customer's laundry stays completely separate throughout the process.

  • Wash, dry & fold is just $2.00 per pound, with pickup and delivery included in Fayetteville!

    Want an extra-fresh finish? Add scent beads or laundry scent sheets for just $0.25 per pound each.

  • Our standard minimum is 15 pounds, which allows us to offer convenient pickup and delivery at no additional charge. But we know every laundry situation is different. If you have less than 15 pounds, reach out and we’ll do our best to find an option that works for you—including a small pickup and delivery fee when needed.

  • We’ll give you an estimated turnaround time when your pickup is scheduled. Most orders are returned within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the size of your order and any special-care requests. If you need your laundry by a specific day, just let us know when you book and we’ll do our best to make it work.

  • We currently offer pickup and delivery throughout Fayetteville, Arkansas. If you're just outside Fayetteville, don't hesitate to reach out. We may still be able to help, depending on your location.

  • Our online scheduler is coming soon! Until then, you can text, call, email, or message us on social media to schedule your pickup. We’ll get back to you, confirm the details, and make sure your pickup time works for you.

  • Have your laundry packaged and ready to go at your scheduled pickup time. You can choose what works best for you—a hand-to-hand pickup or simply leave your laundry on your porch for us to collect.

    If you have items requiring special care, just separate them from the rest of your laundry and include your instructions.

  • We currently accept Venmo, cash, and Apple Pay. Credit and debit card payments are coming soon!

  • No problem! You’re welcome to leave your laundry in a secure location you trust, such as your porch, and we’ll pick it up during your scheduled pickup window. We pride ourselves on being punctual, and if your laundry is unattended, we’ll send you a quick text to let you know we’ve picked it up and it’s safely on its way to us.

  • Once we receive your laundry, we’ll weigh your order and send you the total cost while we’re processing it. For an easy estimate, a typical load weighs around 10 pounds — that would be $20 for Fresh & Folded or $25 for Fresh & Fancy, before tax. Your final price will be based on the actual weight of your order.

  • No problem! We understand that plans change. Just let us know as soon as you can and we'll be happy to reschedule your pickup.

    There is no cancellation or rescheduling fee unless we're already on the way to your pickup.

  • You can choose what works best for you. We offer fragrance-free detergent as well as quality scented detergent for those who like their laundry smelling extra fresh. Your preference can be selected when booking.

  • Absolutely! If you have a specific detergent you prefer, just send it along with your laundry and let us know which detergent you'd like us to use. We’ll be happy to accommodate your preference.

  • Yes! That's what our Fresh & Fancy service is for.

  • Absolutely! Just separate the items that need to be hung and provide the hangers you'd like us to use. We'll follow your care instructions and have them ready to hang when your laundry is returned.

  • We’ll absolutely give those stubborn spots our best shot! We have experience treating a variety of stains and will use appropriate treatment when we can. But some stains have a mind of their own, so stain treatment is never a guarantee of stain removal.

    Have something that needs extra attention? Just place those items in a separate bag and let us know what you’d like treated. We’ll take a closer look and do our best to show that stain the door.

  • We’ll do our best to spot obvious damage before washing. And if we notice a loose hem, missing button, or another minor sewing fix, we may be able to help with that, too. Just let us know what needs attention before we get started.

    For existing damage, we aren't responsible for pre-existing issues or damage resulting from an item's care requirements.

  • We do not accept:

    Dry-clean-only items, heavily contaminated items, items with hazardous materials, clothing with excessive pet hair, shoes, rugs, or items that require specialized cleaning.

    If you're not sure whether we can handle something, just ask! We'd rather you check with us first than toss it in the bag and hope for the best.

  • GO HOGS! 🐗 Of course we do! College life is busy enough without adding laundry to the mix. Whether you’re juggling classes, work, friends, and everything in between, we’re happy to take one more thing off your plate. We love helping students make that jump into adulthood a little easier—one clean load at a time.

  • Yep. You can arrange laundry service for your student even if you're not the one dirtying the laundry.

  • Yep. Whether you've got a week's worth of kids' clothes, a mountain of towels, or the never-ending family laundry pile, we're happy to help keep it under control.

  • We can! If laundry is something you'd rather never think about again, reach out and we'll talk about setting up a recurring pickup that works for you.

  • Sure! As long as they're okay with it. We understand your bestie might be falling behind on laundry, or your sister-in-law just can't seem to get caught up.

    Just reach out to us and let us know you're booking for someone else. They'll choose a pickup time that works for them, and we'll send the bill straight to you.
